⚠️ Zero Upfront Fee Policy — Beware of Impersonators

LoanLogic and its parent entity FinIndia 24×7 NEVER charge any upfront fees, approval fees, GST charges, file processing deposits, or OTP verification amounts from borrowers. Our loan comparison and consolidation advisory services are 100% free for applicants. Any individual demanding advance payment in the name of LoanLogic is an unauthorized fraudster.

1. Official LoanLogic Communication Channels

To protect yourself against phishing and impersonation scams, verify that all communications originate exclusively from our verified, authorized channels:

  • Official Website: https://loanlogic.in (Always check for https:// and the correct spelling).
  • Official Email: care@loanlogic.in (We never use Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or other free webmail domains).
  • Official Support Helpline / WhatsApp: +91 9966698879 (Available Mon–Sat from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST).
  • Official Physical Address: Flat No 203, 2nd Floor, Viswa Central, Above Canara Bank, Adjacent lane to VIP Luggage Showroom, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500016.

2. Common Loan Scams and How Fraudsters Operate

Financial scammers use increasingly sophisticated techniques to target loan applicants. Common scam tactics include:

  • Fake Sanction Letters: Fraudsters issue forged sanction letters on fake letterheads with fabricated RBI, Ministry of Finance, or bank stamps, asking for "processing fees" or "clearance tax" before disbursal.
  • Upfront Insurance or Stamp Duty Requests: Scammers claim your loan is approved but requires advance payment for loan insurance, stamp duty, or collateral documentation.
  • CIBIL / Credit Repair Frauds: Individuals promising to artificially erase defaults, write-offs, or boost CIBIL scores overnight in exchange for a fee. (Credit bureaus do not alter legitimate data for fees).
  • Phishing Forms & Fake Apps: Sending malicious APK files or links via SMS/WhatsApp pretending to be digital KYC apps designed to steal bank credentials and OTPs.
  • Personal UPI / QR Code Demands: Requesting money transfers to personal Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or individual bank accounts rather than institutional banking accounts.

3. Immediate Red Flags to Watch Out For

If you observe any of the following warning signs, stop communication immediately:

  • Demands for money before loan funds reach your bank account.
  • Unrealistic promises of assured loan sanction regardless of credit bureau standing, income verification, or active defaults.
  • Communication originating from free email services (e.g., loanlogic.approval@gmail.com).
  • Urgent pressure to transfer funds within minutes to "prevent loan cancellation".
  • Requests to share debit/credit card CVV, net banking passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs).
  • Offers sent via unsolicited WhatsApp messages with unofficial logos and poorly phrased text.

4. How LoanLogic Actually Works

LoanLogic is a digital loan comparison marketplace and referral facilitator. Here is our legitimate operational model:

  • Borrower Cost: ₹0. We do not charge borrowers any fee for using our comparison portal or consultation.
  • Lender Fees: Partner RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs may deduct processing fees, but these are ALWAYS deducted directly from the loan amount at the time of disbursal — never collected upfront.
  • Credit Decisions: All approvals and terms are decided solely by regulated banks and NBFCs based on legitimate credit underwriting and bureau evaluation.

5. What to Do If You Suspect Fraud or Have Been Targeted

If you have been approached by someone claiming to represent LoanLogic who asks for upfront payment, or if you have inadvertently transferred funds to a fraudster:

  • Do NOT send any money or share any further documents or OTPs.
  • Document the evidence: Take screenshots of chat messages, phone numbers, email headers, UPI IDs, payment receipts, and fake documents.
  • Report immediately to LoanLogic: Email all evidence to care@loanlogic.in or call +91 9966698879 so our legal and fraud response team can investigate and issue public advisories.
  • Contact your Bank immediately: If you shared banking details or sent funds, notify your bank's fraud department immediately to freeze transactions and dispute charges.

6. Official Cybercrime & Police Reporting Channels

Under the Information Technology Act and Indian Penal Code, financial fraud and cyber impersonation are serious criminal offences. We strongly encourage victims to lodge formal complaints with official authorities:

  • National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: Report online at https://cybercrime.gov.in (managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India).
  • National Cyber Crime Helpline: Dial 1930 (Toll-Free, 24×7 financial cyber fraud reporting).
  • RBI Sachet Portal: Lodge complaints against unauthorized entities at https://sachet.rbi.org.in.
  • Local Police: File a First Information Report (FIR) with your nearest Cyber Crime Police Station.
