Last Updated: July 1, 2026

These Credit Report Terms of Use ("CRIF Terms") govern the authorization you provide to LoanLogic ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to access your credit information from CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd. ("CRIF") and/or other credit information companies including TransUnion CIBIL, Equifax, and Experian ("Credit Bureaus").

By clicking "I Agree", submitting any application form on our Website, or by continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these CRIF Terms, in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Consent to Access Credit Information

You hereby authorize LoanLogic and its partner lending institutions (banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions) to:

  • Access, obtain, and use your credit information / credit report from CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd. and/or any other credit bureau.
  • Submit your personal information to credit bureaus for the purpose of credit assessment and loan eligibility determination.
  • Use the credit report for evaluating your loan application and determining appropriate loan products.
  • Share the credit report with partner lenders for underwriting and loan processing purposes.

This authorization is provided in accordance with the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005 ("CICRA"), and the rules and regulations made thereunder.

2. Purpose of Credit Report Access

The credit information obtained from CRIF and other credit bureaus will be used solely for:

  • Assessing your creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
  • Determining the appropriate loan amount, tenure, and interest rate you may qualify for.
  • Processing and underwriting your loan application with partner lenders.
  • Preventing fraudulent applications and ensuring responsible lending.
  • Complying with RBI guidelines on credit assessment and KYC norms.

The credit report will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above, and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any unauthorized third party.

3. Nature of Credit Inquiry

When LoanLogic or its partner lenders access your credit report, it may result in a hard inquiry or a soft inquiry on your credit record, depending on the stage of your application:

  • Soft Inquiry (Pre-qualification): Does not affect your credit score. Used for initial eligibility check.
  • Hard Inquiry (Formal Application): May marginally affect your credit score. Triggered when a formal loan application is submitted to a lender.

Multiple hard inquiries within a short period may impact your credit score. We recommend applying with a clear intent to avail the loan after checking your pre-qualified offers.
